In December 2020, we were recently invited to feature on the Max Communications podcast. We are delighted to share the final podcast with you.
After initial discussions with Max Communications about the possibility of future collaboration, staff members Kelly Accetta Crowe and Stacey Anne Bagdi, both based at the Museum, were asked to appear on their up and coming podcast series! This series is aimed at looking at local history collections and archives within the United Kingdom. We obviously accepted!
Max Communications has specialised in digitalisation and archive services since 1988. They work with some of the world’s most prestigious galleries, museums, media organisations and blue-chip companies. Max’s experience within the archive sector is one of the reasons we are very excited to partner up with them for future projects, including selling printed copies of our photographic collections via Borough Photos. To find out more about their company and services visit their website here!
Director David Cordery and Manager Faith Williams set out to discover more about our digitalisation progress and dig deeper into the history of the Harrow Local History Collection & Archive. We shared everything from our soon-to-be-launched online collections database to our favourite parts of the collection. We’re very thankful to Max Communications for this opportunity and we hope you enjoy the final cut!
