News Headstone Village Show 2025 Entertainment Call Out

Are you a creative talent looking to showcase your work? We’re thrilled to announce that applications are now open to perform at our annual Headstone Village Show (HVS) in 2025!

About the Event:

The Headstone Village Show (HVS) is a beloved annual event featuring a horticultural show, family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and a bustling array of stalls offering arts, crafts, hot food, and drinks. A highlight of Harrow’s cultural calendar, the event attracts over 1,500 visitors each year.

The next HVS will take place on Monday 25th August 2025, from 12pm to 5pm.

Why 2025 is Special?

In 2025, we celebrate 60 years of Harrow as a London Borough, and HVS will be an exciting celebration of Harrow’s rich history, diversity, and vibrant culture through the decades—with a special nod to the swinging 60s.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking innovative and engaging outdoor entertainment for families that reflects the history, diversity, and cultural journey of Harrow. Bonus points for proposals that incorporate themes from the swinging 60s or explore Harrow’s evolution over the past six decades.

We’re open to all creative ideas and formats—so let your imagination run wild!

This is a fantastic opportunity to:
• Showcase your creativity at one of Harrow’s most popular community events.
• Engage with a lively and enthusiastic audience.

Budget

We’re offering a total fee of £500 (including VAT) for the day.

How to Apply

To apply, please submit the following:

• A written proposal (no more than one A4 page) describing your idea.
• A brief introduction about you or your company, including the type of work you do.
• A short explanation of the inspiration behind your proposal, and how it will provide a memorable experience for audiences while celebrating Harrow’s history and diversity.
• Supporting materials, such as images, videos, or other relevant visuals that help bring your proposal to life.
