To celebrate VE Day, We're sharing aspects of our VE Day in Harrow exhibition, titled 'Peace at Last: Victory Days in Harrow' which was meant to open this May but will now open in July 2020. We have also commissioned lots of other activities and resources to mark the occasion below:

We commissioned this film for our upcoming exhibition on VE Day to celebration the 75th Anniversary. The full feature film will be released in July 2020 when our exhibition opens at the Museum.

 
 

WWII Music From Harrow 

We are delighted that we will be playing tracks from 'Fighter Command and the Battle for Britain' CD in our Victory Day exhibition, featuring the local Tonic Choir.

The ‘Dig for Victory’ campaign was set up during WWII by the British Ministry of Agriculture. Everyone was encouraged to grow their own food and we are encourging you to do the same.
