Jobs Formal Learning Support Assistant

To support the development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of a new Key Stage 3 formal learning pilot at Headstone Manor & Museum, funded by a Museum Development London Museum Learning and Engagement Grant (2026–27).

Working under the direction of the Learning & Engagement Officer, the postholder will liaise with participating schools, coordinate bookings and resources, support the delivery and testing of new KS3 sessions and self-guided activities, and collect feedback and monitoring information to help refine the offer.

The role will support improved access to curriculum-linked local heritage learning for secondary-school pupils in Harrow and contribute to the development of a sustainable KS3 learning offer at Headstone Manor & Museum.
