Book Now

During this day-long workshop you will be making a small stained glass panel that you will be able to take home. You will have plenty of time to play with colour and shape, creating lovely items that you will cherish. With expert guidance from full time glass artist Suzanne Raffellini, you will learn how to cut and shape glass to make designs for useful and decorative items. You will be able to chose form a range of designs or you can choose to make your own design based on around 5/6 pieces.

You will learn:
• To make a pattern or cartoon
• To cut glass into desired shapes
• To cut and fit lead to the glass
• To finish off the panel

Those who already have knowledge of the basic skills will have the opportunity to improve their technique, increasing their confidence in designing their own work. This course is for anyone who has an interest in glass techniques and/or beginners looking for a new creative hobby that is both rewarding and therapeutic. No previous knowledge and experience needed.

This workshop is presented with funding support from Learn Harrow. You will be required to register with Learn Harrow to attend – instructions will follow in a separate email. It is really important you register as future funding for similar events depends on it.
