To book an appointment or to send us an enquiry that may be dealt via phone or email
In order for us to answer your enquiry or to book an appointment, we kindly request that you complete a short enquiry form here. We then aim to respond to your enquiry via email within 14 days. If you are not able to physically attend an appointment, we offer a limited research service (charged); please see the Fees & Charges section above.
Some things to note when visiting us for your appointment
You must book an appointment to view our collections, without this you may be turned away.
If you are booking an appointment with us, we ask that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, you wear a mask when inside our research room, if you are able to do so. We also ask that you sanitise your hands when entering and leaving the building. This is to protect all staff and other visitors within the building. We also ask that you complete a registration form when entering and a copyright and photography form if your appointment requires it.
We ask that you only use pencil when in the research room but we have pencils available and scrap paper. You may bring your own. When entering we will ask you to lock your belongings away including your mobile phone and/or camera unless you have been granted permission to use it for your appointment. No food or drink must be consumed in the research room.
Fees and charges
Making an appointment is free. However, there are fees and charges for specific use of the collections, such as photography and scanning. Fees and charges are available to view here. Effective from 1st April 2023.
High resolution images of our collection are available for purchase and license. If you’d like to contact us regarding reproducing images from the catalogue please email us at collections@headstonemanor.org.
We look forward to seeing you.
