With Thamar Maciver 

Thamar aims to explore the lives and opportunities of local women during this period and to relate these to the contemporary efforts to improve the position of women. Thamar is a member of the Pinner Local History Society’s Research Group. She read history at Oxford, with a particular interest in thirteenth-century England. Thamar worked as a solicitor at the Greater London Council and successor bodies,. She has recently published an academic article on Pinner’s suffragettes and the book, “Secret Pinner”, for PLHS.

 

This workshop/course is presented with funding support from Learn Harrow. You will be required to register with Learn Harrow to take part in this workshop – instructions will follow in a separate email. It is really important you register as future funding for similar events depends on it.
